Where To Get The Stuff In Zoe’s Room
I didn’t mean to find so many great things at Ikea and Target but it just worked out that way. I don’t care. Saves me a bunch!

So besides researching extra pillows and fabric for curtains I’m pretty much done her room. I’m also deciding if I should hang something up on the wall behind her bed. Oh and I want to replace her humidifier above her shelf.

wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!….even if you did find all those stuff here and there………..its because your a creative person………..I LOVE THE ROOM AND LOOK AT ZOEY EXCITED AS WELL………girl, i would never get bored in there………..AWWWWWWW, you did an amazing job………….I just love Zoey’s hair…her name so fits her and her personality……………….i also realized Gracie has the same crib…..but not the same price…grrrrrrrr,,,,we got ours here in Germany Ikea…..BTW, is that a korean humidifer?..i think we also have the same one but never use it…..

i’mma ask u to decorate my kidz room whenever i have one…the room makes zoe look even cuter if that’s even possible…not that zoe needs a room to make her look cute or that i need a room to make my kid look cute…eh..watevers…haha…great decor!!

ikea has some really nice stuff! damn i wish we had one close by!! that’s one thing about living in LA–IKEA! you really did an awesome job! love everything… the color scheme, wall decor, crib.. everything! zoe is so lucky to have such a talented & creative mommy. i wanna live in her cheery room!

Her room is SO gorgeous!!! And huge from the looks of it!!! I can’t wait till we move to a bigger place so we can give j his own room too! Don’t you just love the Hemnes line from Ikea? I have those dressers too!
@hkcho - it’s not a big room. i don’t even have like a wideangle lens or anything but it’s making the room look big. it’s actually small.

What a labor of love! It’s beautiful! I think you should quit your day job and start decorating baby rooms for clients! btw… did you assemble the Ikea furniture yourself? Thank goodness I have my sister to do that because things always come out lop-sided for me! haha…
@gohngju - i assembled EVERYTHING in her room. her dresser, her bookshelf, her crib. Whenever i needed help i called the hubs.

I recently read that you wanted to try making blinds for the Zoester’s room. Here’s something I found online when I searched for it for the kitchen blinds. I might try a faux version of this (non functional) and have it held up by ties/bows.

Ooooh, so jealous!! She has the dresser I’ve been wanting to get at Ikea, but in dark brown. I love how she can grow with that dresser, too!!! I saw that crib at Ikea and loved it. It looks so girly and Alice and Wonderland’ish. Her rooms looks so awesome! Nice job!

Yes, I’m making my own. I already made little curtains for the living room. I’d like to try a shade looking one for the kitchen. Sewing really isn’t hard. Esp curtains. It’s all just straight lines. If you’re creative and a problem solver, you can figure out to sew curtains. Sewing machines come with instructions on how to use them. Then, maybe you can sit down with someone who can just show you how to use it real quick. I watched my mother growing up so it wasn’t too foreign to me. Let me know if you need any help.I’m going to go fabric shopping this weekend.

I’ve been researching cribs and I was surprise to see Ikea getting “A” grade on Baby Bargain Book compared to other high-end cribs (which go mostly c and below.. even F). So, THANKS for this post! You’re a Lifesaver to this prego!
@parkster7831 - oh i’m glad i helped you out. fyi, we had a hand me down crib that was supposedly $1000. i have no idea how man times it’s been disassembled and then reassembled but the wood boards were coming out of their inserts. i love the ikea one.
