For you mommies that have a Crane humidifier, what do you think of them?
I’m wondering if I should take advantage of the $10 off sale on Amazon (if you spend $49 or more).
I have a Korean one that does cool and warm mist but you have to religiously clean it. Are the Crane ones low maintenance and also would you recommend it?

Bottles + Paci’s
I have a whole bunch of glass Born Free bottles with the venting system if anyone wants to buy them off me. Zoe’s school has a no glass bottle policy so we never use them and always use her ThinkBaby bottles.
Which reminds me that I’m going to have to buy a conversion kit for that soon so she can start sipping on a training cup.
Isn’t this clever? You just pop on the new spout and handle but use the same bottle and collar. Love it. I’m sure other brands do this too but I just think this is so genius.:: 10.02.08 ::
“Who’s a big girl when they’re not being lazy? That’s right YOU are! Aigoo yeppuda!”
I am so like Zoe’s paparazzi. She just sips away as I run around in circles taking photos from every angle.

As for pacifiers, Zoe has been using a set of blinged out Munchkin paci’s (photo on left) that Kanipark sent over a while ago. I had to throw them out because water had gotten inside and it started to stink. So I bought these cute lil bug and critters paciflyers by Nuby. She likes them and when I’m holding her and she starts to get fussy we go over to the sanitizing machine and I hover over it so she can pick out one of the paci’s that I just cleaned.
LET ME KNOW IF YOU’RE INTERESTED IN THE BOTTLES! -
New Website: HandMeDowns.com
Have you guys seen this? It came up in today’s Daily Candy. It’s in Beta and I’ve noticed that it still has some kinks but I think the idea is great. It’s kind of like a craig’s list for baby stuff. SUHWEET!
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with hand me downs. Most of Zoe’s clothes are from her cousins.

Playdates With Boys
Yesterday I dropped off Zoe at school and she cried. A full blown cry.
Today I passed her off to one of her teachers, Angela, but she wouldn’t let go of my scarf and then when we pried it from her fingers she cried.
Yes Zoe, I know Mommy’s funny, and awsome, and fantastic, and super cool but you need to calm down. I’m not going anywhere pooks. You’re stuck with me. Ok?
This weekend the hubs is going on a MANcation (coughcoughDWEEBcoughcough) aka sausage fest. So it’s just me and Z. Saturday we have a playdate planned with 2 boys: Christian (1yr) and Colin (8m). We like to call Christian her boyfriend because they react to each other. He laughs when she laughs and she cries when he cries but then this past sunday in church while Zoe was passed out I saw him feeding Olivia (9m) cheerios with his pudgy hands. SON OF A! WHY YOU LITTLE…! I ratted him out to Zoe but she seemed more pissed off that I was taking a while to heat up her bottle. We’ll see how he likes it once she starts cuddlin up to Colin. No one plays the Zoe! Zoe plays you!
So all of our Korean friends had boys and then it’s just Zoe.
Here’s Christian lookin cute and innocent. But Zoe knows wassup. Oh she SOOO knows Mr Thief of Hearts.
The last play date with Bald Colin & Daikon Legs Isaac
I honestly thought they were all being a bunch of party poopers. No pun intended.
And can I also mention that Zoe’s very first playdate was with yet another boy? -
Omigod Needy!
So lately Zoe has been VERY clingy…to me and JUST me.
In the beginning I was all like
“Omigosh, you know mommy! Mommy’s your favorite! C’mere baby!”
Now I’m all like
“No Zoe, no. Cut it out! Quit it!”
*le sigh*
If she’s sitting on the floor playing with her toys and I’m sitting behind her (I mean I don’t know how much closer we can get, Her cellulite infested butt is all up in my crotch) she’ll keep looking back to make sure I’m there (and because she’s sitting so close it looks like she’s giving me an evil eye when she does this) while she’s playing OR she’ll even throw her head all the way back to make sure I’m there and look straight up at my face (I swear when she does this I feel like her neck is going to snap off). *coughcoughNEEDYcoughcough* I’M HERE! I’M HERE! God forbid I even get up to use the bathroom! She cries when she goes to her grandmother. I mean it’s like she’s dying (sooooo dramatic). She’s ok when she goes to her dad but she eyes me the whole time. If he’s holding her and they go into the living room while I’m doing the dishes she’ll keep looking over his shoulder to see me and start making lil whiney noises so he has to stand next to me while I’m doing dishes. NEEDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He calls himself ‘Sloppy Seconds’. I think in the beginning it hurt his feelings but now he’s like whatever. He’s like “What happened Zoe! You used to favor me more when we first brought you home! Now all you know is mommy, mommy, mommy!” It’s cute but tiring. Especially when I have things to do around the house.
She also does this thing when she’s upset, and you’re holding her and trying to console her, and you finally get her to calm down, and then you sit…and then she starts up again. You know why? BECAUSE SHE DON’T WANT YOU TO SIT YO ASS DOWN! SHE’ WANTS YOU, HER PUPPET, TO CARRY HER FAT 17.5 POUND ASS EVEN IF THAT MEANS YOUR ARMS ARE GOING TO BREAK OFF.
We took her to get ther 2nd flu shot (newborn babies have to get it broken down into 2 shots) and she recognized the doctor (the man that always sticks a needle in her) and started to cry. He then gave her 2 shots: one her vaccine, and the other her flu shot. She cried but it definitely was not her loudest but this one made her the most upset. She started hyperventilating when she was crying. Oh my poor baby. Mommy’s hear to wipe your tears away baby.
As needy as she is I still love her with all my heart because I feel that she now knows I’m the person to turn to when she’s scared or when she gets a boo-boo. Plus I know what rib is the most ticklish and I sing the best ABC song in the world.
