I think the best compliment I’ve heard since having a baby is “I have never wanted to have a baby till I met Zoe.” 
I just smile and think “That’s cause they don’t know Zoe.

We found a venue! We found a venue! And I need to thank Justin’s mommy for it! Thanks Hae Kyung for the info. I would never have known about this place. The hubs always calls xangans geeks. I told him “If it wasn’t for Xanga we would never have found this place. Aren’t you glad I do Xanga now?!” Showed him. Hmph.
Now for the rest of the planning.
I’m actually thinking about making my own dol-go-ims too. I was sooo inspired after seeing Hae Kyung’s work. Omigod am I that crazy? I think I am.
Omigod…I have so many ideas! If you cut my brain open and I let you see all the diy’s I wanted to do for her birthday you’d think I’m insane. Even I think I’m insane. My brain’s always running and I’m thinking “Oooh, I can do this and this and this…” and then the sane part of me is trying to rationalize and thinks “No, no, you have to cut out 2 of these projects, there’s no way you can do all of them” and then my craziness is like “No, I can do it. I know I can. I can just throw in 2 sleepless nights. Piece of cake.”
And this is why I was so tired the week of my wedding and I thank God for my make up artist who was able to cover up my bags.
And this is why I was so tired the week of my babyshower.
And this is why I was so tired after I made Zoe’s teacher’s their presents.
But you know what? In the end…it’s so worth it.
No but seriously I have so many ideas for this party I think I’m gonna explode. I love DIYs! Where to start, where to start!!
Yesterday we went to see management for the space we’re renting out for the dol and I took photos of the decorations I wanted to hang up to see if I would even be allowed to. He didn’t understand what I was saying with my bad Korean so Super FOB Hubs stepped in and explained what I was trying to say in his good Korean. Then the guy he was like “YOU’RE going to make these?!” I’m like “Yup.”
