I wanted to do this for a while but then I thought “I don’t have anything blue for a sky backdrop!” Then my mother sent my mother-in-law a bathing suit, swim shoes, and a BLUE towel for a present. So ON WITH THE PROJECT!

Last week was my 35th birthday. I know. Le gasp. I am old. You thought I was much younger because of my immaturity level and how I always play with children’s toys even when there are no children around? Well you’re wrong. I am thirty friggin five. For my birthday dinner day I thought I’d dress Zoe up eppuh-oh-bee shtyle to humor me for the day. Thank you Nancy eemoh for bringing this back from the mother land. Deh han friggin min gu yo.

Oh Kayden, Kayden, Kayden… embrace it. This is your family…sucka! You stuck with us boy and I’m going to do worse things to you because you are a boy.

In the evening we dropped the kids off at my sister-in-law’s and the hubs took me to my dinner date. You did good hun. REAL good.

We got the $150 Omakase which apparently means “it’s up to you” in Japanese. You have a choice of either the $100, $120, or $150. The hubs asked me which one I wanted. SHIET, I’m not stupid. I know we’re never coming back here boyee! One fitty son! I forgot to take a photo of the first dish but it was toro and it was torofrigginriffic! However it was only two bites worth. My husband was taking his time savoring his meal and taking in the essence of each dish. I, on the otherhand would house it down like a homeless person who was just given one fry and wait for the next course impatiently talking about how we would have to hit up a Shake Shack for a burger afterwards. I think I talked about Shake Shack after each course till we hit the 5th one. I took a photo of each dish. My husband apologized to the table next to us because my flash would go off after I would take each photo. Hahaha. I just said “We’re only on the 3rd course so it’s gonna go off about 6 more times. Haha!” By the time dinner was over I no longer craved for a Shake Shack burger.










Thank you hun! I love you. This was THE best birthday dinner ever!!! Oh and thank you for my push/birthday/christmas present!!!! Say herro to mah new prend!

The Smart Water ad inspires me to get my ass back in shape like Miss Jennifer. I’ve lost 18lbs since the baby. Idealy I’d like to get to 105 and call it a day but I definitely want to tone up. Your belly most definitely does not look the way it used to after 2 kids.

And I love the milk ad with Rebecca Romijn and her twin babies. Aren’t they really cute? They look like lil cherubs.

Zoe: Mommy why is Kayden gonna say “Wow!(<–She gasped this part) Noona is a big girl because she poopy in the potty?
Me: I don’t know. Is that what he’s going to say?
Zoe: (nodding) Yes. Why’s he going to be so happy mommy and say “Wow! Isn’t noona wonderful?”
Me: Um…because you’re a big girl
Zoe: Oh.

 She just likes to hear it. Hahaha. I won’t rain on her ‘big girl’ parade.

Zoe’s Daily Funny:
When I took Kayden for his 2wk appt (that’s the weight check appt) my mom came with me and so did Zoe since she was home sick. The minute Zoe saw Dr Han it was…

“Dr Han look at my nails! It’s shiny!” (showing off her glitter nailpolish)
“Dr Han this is my baby bwaduh. Don’t give him a shot.”
“Dr Han don’t do me ok? Just Kayden today.”
“Dr Han look at my sneakers!” (while stamping her feet to make the lights on her sneakers go off)

Before I go into Kayden did I mention that you need to get a shot of the Tdap crap on your ass now before you check out of the hospital with your baby? That left my buttcheek sore for DAYS! It’s kinda like how your arm gets sore when you get the flu shot but slightly more painful.

Ok so anyways Kayden’s doing great. He is getting super fat. Like there was one point where we’d give him 4oz but he’d demand more and he’d eat and chuck, eat and chuck. Pig. He even has a double chin now and his face is so round. It makes me laugh cause I remember Zoe’s face being really round. Oh and God forbid you don’t have his highness’ bottle ready in time he goes ape shit. Oh and he’s super hairy. Like hair all over his back, his shoulders, his thighs… he’s a hairy ball of fat. He has a lot of hair on his head. Zoe’s was thin but this one was like matted hair when he came out. Which could explain my really bad heartburn for the first tri-mester. Thanks Kayden. My sister saw his “privacy” and claimed his balls were really dark. Hahaha don’t make fun of my dark balled baby! I think his balls are perfect. My mother in law was telling me that this is the time to mold his nose and that whenever I get a chance just pinch it. He has his father’s nose. He’s perfect the way he is. I laughed and told her no. He’s starting to outgrow some of the clothes we got him. Fatso. He was 7lbs 11oz two weeks ago. I’d like to see what he is at his next appt this saturday. I think he’s over 9. He got sooo heavy all of a sudden. Haha. He also started to break out with these little red pimple like spots on his cheeks on both sides of his face. What is that about? Gonna get that checked too. I still have not cut his nails. Dude they’re still so paper thin. He’s got mitts on. I love the mitts. Viva la mitts poheva!

Zoe loves her little brother. She’s really sweet with him and has not shown jealousy whatsoever still. She’ll say things like “Mommy mommy, tell Kayden “Kayden, look at noona’s nails!”" or “Mommy bring Kayden to the bathroom so I can show him when I pee pee in the potty like a big girl.” She’ll draw him pictures and lie next to him to tell him about it. She’ll read him books sometimes. She asks if she can hold him and when she’s done she’ll say “Mommy can you take Kayden.” My mom called her a “lovely girl”. Haha… If she’s watching a movie and he’s crying she’ll say “Mommy can you tell Kayden to stop crying? I can’t hear my dvd.” I feel bad because I’ve had such a short fuse with her lately. *sigh* And I know it’s me. Poor Zoe. What’s sweet about her is that after I yell at her and she’s done crying and is over it and it’s been like 10 minutes since the incident she’ll just come up to me and say “mommy I’m sorry I didn’t listen.” Which makes me feel shittier because she is really sweet.

The hubs got upset with me earlier this week cause when he came home I was exhausted and you can tell. He was mad that I wasn’t napping during the day and taking care of myself. He said it’s not like we see each other that often so he hates seeing me like that first thing when he gets home. I couldn’t be mad at that you know? Today I took a nice 2 hour nap. Yay!

Last saturday we drove down to Philly for my niece, Kayla’s 1st birthday. I forgot to bring my pump but my right boob was already starting to feel slightly engorged before we even left our house. By the time we got back home in the evening they were so sore! Zoe comes up to me as I’m pumping…

Zoe: Oh my goodness mommy! What’s wrong.
Me: Mommy has an ouchie.
Zoe: Where?
Me: On my boobie.
Zoe: Oh. Tomorrow ahpah can massage it and then I kiss it for you okay?
Me: Oh ok. How disturbingly sweet of you. Hahaha…
